I serve as the President/CEO and Founder of Strategic Kingdom Initiatives which include the Center for the Study of World Religions (CSWR) and the Institute for Ministerial Wholeness (IMW). I leverage my extensive years as a missions practitioner, educator, administrator, and leader with my certification in spiritual direction from Southern Methodist University with my doctoral degree in urban studies from Northern Seminary to empower those in ministry, missions, and the marketplace. IMW seeks to nurture wholeness in body, mind, soul, and spirit for leaders who serve in diverse and challenging contexts.I bring over 40 years of entrepreneurial, multi-religious, urban, and global experience to my role at IMW, having founded and led several non-profits, churches, and educational institutions in the US, Pakistan, and Central Asia. I also served as the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School, where I developed and led the Center for the Study of World Religions and the Master of Arts in World Religions program. Additionally, I teach urban and Islamic studies as an adjunct professor at Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, where I held the J. Phillip Hogan Chair for World Missions. I also served as President at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. My passion is to equip and inspire leaders to engage with people of different faiths and cultures with kindness and respect and to share the love of God in word and deed while maintaining health in body, mind, soul, and spirit.
