A highly skilled operational leader with 11 years of experience in the property sector, and 15 years in the hospitality and leisure industry, who can offer leadership and expertise in nationwide multi-site management. Experienced in operating at a senior level, reporting to the COO, and being part of the senior executive team. Successfully leading an insourced team of 250+ to deliver best-in-class service and standards, whilst being commercially astute to drive efficiency and control costs, skilled in setting up and leading operational teams, driving business improvement projects and competent in working cross-functionally to influence and deliver change.  Currently working as Operations Director at Bruntwood SciTech, which includes full accountability for Property Services, Community and Engagement, and Health Safety and Risk Management. This role has seen me lead the mobilisation of Bruntwood's developments and acquisitions at world-renowned sites, such as Alderley Park in Cheshire and Circle Square in Manchester, delivering these schemes whilst successfully navigating all stakeholder management.I've also recently been interviewed by the British Council for Offices (BCO) to support a service delivery publication within the commercial office and life sciences sectors, using Bruntwood SciTech as an exemplar case study. Prior to this, I held various operational roles within Bruntwood and David Lloyd Leisure – with accountability for the full operational P&L. This broad experience has allowed me to build on my leadership, commercial, customer experience and change management expertise, all supporting best-in-class service delivery whilst taking accountability to control costs and maximise profit. I started my career in Hospitality at Whitbread, climbing the career ladder to manage teams from an early age, driving operational standards and service delivery across a demanding sector, before moving into Leisure and then Real Estate.
