Improve processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost and improve sutainability and profitability.Responsible for maintaining OHS and Environmental activities within the painting facilities. Ensure Hazardous material registers and chemical management processes are maintained. Reporting NPI annually.

-Process department Supervisor: Responsible for all process Control Data collection/analysis and action plans.-PCP Owner for Painting Processes.-Daily Process Control in Holden Paint-shop. -Drive quality improvement, extensive defect reduction program and continuous improvement action plans.-SME Colour Harmony: Responsible for all aspects of Colour Harmony from Spectrographic monitoring (X-rite and Bykmac) to visual reviews and all improvement plans.- Assist Design Quality during new model colour harmony review processes.- New model paint colour introduction and steady state colour harmony management within the manufacturing environment. -Paint appearance improvement within the plant and part suppliers. -Supplier relationship development to improve part quality and resolve new paint related issues.- Escalate issues and work closely with upstream plants to reduce defects prior to paint application. -Skill enhancement with regards to automated robotic paint spray application of Primer and Topcoat.-ROBOTIC program touch point / WINTPE/ Paint pro paint robot adjustments.- Knowledge growth of metal pre-treatment (thin-film) and cathodic electro-deposition coating processes.-Daily problem solving, global GM networking and continuous improvement processes.-Department Environmental Representative reporting directly to the site Environmental Group.
