From 2006 through the present, Mark has managed a mixed portfolio of office and retail properties in the San Joaquin Valley. His duties there include monthly financial reporting, daily operations, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, leasing, risk management, and tenant improvement coordination. Mark is the primary data analysis person for Haymond Watson Companies, Inc. and has created custom budget spreadsheets, CAM reconciliation charts, and data analysis tools to reflect each client’s specific needs.In addition to this, Mark has provided value-added services such as the following: • Landlord/Tenant legal resolution and drafting of building rules and regulations for a medical office building.• Providing historical expense audits for new clients along with historical budget analysis.• Managing capital improvements such as major systems replacement and entire building rehabilitation.

Mark began his commercial Real Estate career with CB Richard Ellis Asset Services in Denver, Colorado in 2004 as an Assistant Real Estate Manager. Mark reported to a variety of owners from individuals and partnerships to trusts and institutions. In 2005, he was promoted to Real Estate Manager and given the responsibility of managing the CB Richard Ellis Asset Services portfolio in Southern Colorado which included property in Colorado Springs, Fountain, and Pueblo. This portfolio included 1.3 million feet of retail, office, and industrial properties and included such tenants as Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Depot, Wells Fargo, Ingersoll Rand, Old Navy, Ross Dress for Less, PetsMart, and Gap among others.
