Pathway CTM works with schools to find the best young talent and introduces successful candidates into industry at entry level roles. In recognition of the changing attitudes towards university attendance and with increased Government expectation on schools and colleges to deliver structured careers strategy and employability development for young people aged 16-19 years, Pathway CTM was created.Pathway CTM provides schools with an employability programme for all 16-19 year old pupils, with an introduction into industry or a school leaving recruitment model as a measurable outcome. Pathway CTM will work with those students who want to progress into business straight from school, and that have shown the right attributes to be a successful candidate. Those who have the hunger and desire to start work straight from school, and have the right attitude, will be introduced to potential employers with job opportunities that reflect their skill set and personality.My role at Pathway is to lead their delivery team to maintain standards of service and pupil engagement. I also lead candidate tracking and impact reporting.

The Academy will include every player in age groups U16 to U18 and aims to provide the best environment to allow players to enjoy rugby, develop their skills and understanding of the game and play beyond their potential. The Academy has been highly successful winning numerous Kent titles throughout the age groups and 2 RFU National Cups.I will be working closely with the coaches to deliver mental skills training and provide support during the season.

· Independently developed my own sport psychology business model and website during my undergraduate studies and worked to develop it into a growing, professional consultancy.· Worked with a range of sports players the boost athletic performance and fulfill their potential.· Spent eight months working closely with professional rugby players in the Aviva Championship, particularly working with individuals on coping with injury, improving decision-making and consistency. During the season my work, along with the backroom staff, helped the team on their way to the semi-final of the play-off.· Since 2010 I've worked closely with a professional golfer on the European Tour Qualifying Schools and regularly accompany to nationwide tournaments to work on improving performance under pressure and consistency to help manage the transition from amateur and professional status.· I have been working with video analysis software to produce highlight videos for use in imagery training, to aid recovery from injury, increase motivation and confidence.

Developed a new ten-week program, which is attended by coaches, athletes and teachers. Each two-hour session covers a different key sport psychology topic, including Motivation, Confidence, Decision Making and Concentration and are demonstrated through a variety of different sports. These are taught to the attendees through 'in-practice' case studies, interventions and class participation. The workshops include worksheets and strategies that they can use directly with their own athletes or students, allowing them to put their new knowledge to use.
