In this role I was the prime for managing the evolution of Development and QA platforms; also as part of my role I administered all third party tool upgrades as well as several server-based tools. Our team also helped support the Development and QA organization with environments, tools, training, troubleshooting and configuration, while simplifying installs & upgrades and maximizing employee communication and awareness.
