Since February 2014, I have working in the Military Testing Office for active duty, guard, reserve members who wish to be administered test to cross train, apply for training, or add additional information into their records. But a majority of our office responsibility is to administer promotion testing to active duty Air Force members who eligible for promotion consideration to the next grade of rank. From May 1997 – February 2014, I worked as a Youth Program Development Specialist for dependents of active duty, reserve, and guard members, civil service, and contractors. My responsibilities were to implement programming in the Arts, Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills and Sports, Fitness & Recreation along with Air Force programming. My other job responsibilities were government purchase card holder, program bus driver that required a commercial drivers license, CPR and 1st Aid certified trainer, all promotion advisements, employees monthly work scheduler, solicit and train all program instructional classes instructors.
