For example, I have formed teams to evaluate opportunities to create efficient and responsive enterprise-wide central services functions, developed staff training and mentoring opportunities to highlight the importance of their roles in the overall business mission and foster a culture of learning and growth, and promoted in-house food service offerings that bring healthy options at reasonable prices and enable employees to dine onsite in informal collaborative spaces that invite them to meet with colleagues and customers over coffee, lunch, or snacks.
