Manages all OpenBlue project Deployment globally.

I recently accepted a Lead role in the in the post acquisition of ADTi (Air Distribution Tech inc.) This role is focused on the commercialization of ADTi product through exisiting JCI channels and JCI product through ADTi channels.

I am currently the Director of Operations and Customer Servcie for Panoptix JCI. I am responsible for the following - Installation Commissioning of Panoptix systems on customer sites. This includes project management, quality, process improvement and tools development.Data Center Operations and monitoring. We monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the Panoptix hosting data center responsible for the stotage of data and cloud based execution of Panoptix applications.Technical support - I own the Level 2 technical support for branch office and customer originating questions / problems.Training development and execution - As these teams were implemented, I developed and taught the curriculums required to give each member of these teams the background needed to support the HVAC systems side of the Panoptix business.Panoptix Customer Service (Global)I am responsible for the management of the Live guides teams and all customer service related activities. This includes but is not limited toCutomer Trianing on all Panoptix applicationsEscalation and resolution of customer servc issuesIntegration between the Customer Service and Branch office teamsCustom services provided by the Panoptix Live Guide teams.Live Guide CRM systems and process improvement

In this past role I held the following responsibilities - Develop and implement the standards around the delivery process for JCI equipment projects. This included but was not limited to; - the technical capabilities and knowledge of the field project managers - Implementation and training on standard tools to select, meet project specifications and deliver projects on time. - Work process improvements around equipment selection, delivery, problem escalation, warranty, etc. - Develop warranty program for issues arising after the expiration of the standard warranty. - Partner with factory engineering teams to resolve probelms around factory packaged controls, shipping, factory quality issues.

In the evenings I am the head coach and at the Alverno Boxing Club. It is my firm belief that combat sports teach crisis managemnt in a way that cannot be replicated anywhere else. If you can stay calm and controlled in the ring, you can manage any situation anywhere else.

Technical Support and escalation of field problems that are not resolved in a timely manner2. Technical expertise of the field technical force. Where possible I developed the curriculums and performed the training myself. This inlcuded; - System Techs - Lead Systems Specialists - Systems Designers3. BAS system Project management and problem resolution. I was responsible for troubleshooting critical projects with unresolved roadblocks preventing the closure of the project. This ranged from technology issues to legal issues pertaining to warranty, life safety and accidents.
