I am an experienced economist and policy analyst for the Irish Government, having produced a variety of research outputs including in the areas of performance management, capital infrastructure, pharmaceutical policy and demand forecasting.I have extensive experience in project and stakeholder management, using data analysis and qualititative research methods to facilitate better decision making and improve public services.I also have expertise in the provision of business cases for large capital infrastructure projects under the Irish Government Public Spending Code / Infrastructure Guidelines, as I am the lead technical reviewer for health projects in the Department.
