Responsible for systems analysis and solution design for the Client Solutions department within the Information Technology business unit for the City of Calgary.This role involves providing technical subject matter expertise in projects delivered by Information Technology for other business units in the City. Progressed from a Support Analyst to an Implementation Consultant and Data Analyst before being promoted to a Senior Consultant dealing with all the process and technical challenges of implementing systems.Identified the potential of an integration and automation application written for a single customer, then delivered a number of high profile projects utilising this application as the key enabling technology. Promoted to Product Manager with responsibility for product road-maps, enhancements, internal and external training, marketing, case studies, documentation and commercials.
