By applying the same persistence and out of the box thinking that helped me achieve 3 U.S. patents, as well as, grow a single pc into a multi-site, 200+ user virtualized client/server environment utilizing the latest cloud-based SaaS technologies, I will now be helping IHS Technologies provide superior service and support to their current and future Epicor ERP clients. My proven ERP track record includes several major implementations of Epicor 9 and 10, as well as, many minor implementations of individual modules and processes. My success is based on utilizing my Engineering and Business Operations background to help companies define their internal business processes, then provide them with in-depth knowledge of Epicor's capabilities in order to define and resolve any gaps during the design and implementation phase. My greatest successes (and most rewarding) come post-implementation when I get to work closely with clients to continually maximize their investment by designing and implementing process improvements through the use of personalized reporting, automation and analytic tools. Epicor ERP contains a wealth of information that can be accessed in countless ways to provide the real-time information that is critical in today's fast paced business environment. It's exciting to see companies build a system that handles the "grunt work" so that their employees can focus on higher level tasks by having better decision making information and available time.I have implemented and supported all Operations and Supply Chain modules from quote-to-cash, as well as, specialized processes including EDI, MRP, Scheduling, RMA/DMR, SRM, AMM, Configurator and DMT. In addition, I work with the client to identify and coordinate optimization support and training that is provided by the rest of the IHS team, including SSRS Reports, Customizations, BAQ/Dashboards, BPMs and Advanced Configurator Design.

Responsible for setting the mission, vision, goals and objectives of Lift-All while upholding the fiduciary duty to represent and protect investors’ interests.

Responsible for defining corporate I.T. vision and directing I.T. staff and resources towards meeting those goals.Transitioned from Engineering career to create new I.T. department in 40 year old company; moving from de-centralized to centralized network across 8 U.S. locations. Implemented use of virtual servers, virtual desktops, EMC SAN, VoIP and selective cloud applications in order to enable Lift-All's implementation of off-site business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.Served as project manager during enterprise-wide business process review and subsequent implementation of Epicor ERP platform across all business units.Managed integration, customization, and daily activities for Epicor 9 ERP software across all business units including EDI, Configurators, MRP, AMM, DMT, Crystal Reports, SSRS, BPM, BAQ and APM. Also involved in testing and development of Epicor 10.
