He has been a critical member of many nationally prominent multi-state investigations, and was a key contributor to Virginia’s nationally recognized privacy legislation. Mark worked closely with state AGs across the country on both sides of the aisle, played a prominent role in national attorney general organizations, and is considered a national leader among the state attorneys general bar.
