Worked with cross functional team supporting the Northeast US Distributors as they assisted farmers utilize technologies to increase production with fewer resources.

Worked with the Seed and Trait Product Management and Marketing Teams as we established Monsanto as a Leader in the Branded Seed Business with the DEKALB and Asgrow Brands. Our focus was on bringing the brands together and building effective business processes, develop strategies for launching Biotech advancements and raise the awareness for the value of superior germplasm with a focus on increasing returns for growers and managing business costs to optimize our business impact.

Started with DEKALB Seeds as a Sales Rep in Southern Wisconsin then in Northeastern Indiana. In 1990 moved to South Dakota as the Regional Sales Manager for North Dakota, South Dakota then in 1992 to be the Illinois Regional Sales Manager. In 1996 assumbed the Field Sales Managers with 6 Regional Sales Managers reporting to the role.
