• Role to manage the operational delivery of key police services including 24/7 response policing, custody provision and command and control in the London Borough of Sutton.Key acheivements
• Achieved continuous personal development by successfully managing a wide range of tactical command roles at major civil, sporting, public order and ceremonial events throughout London including the London Olympics.
• Led change programme achieving cost, resource and staff efficiencies by merging custody facilities and associated support services with the neighboring Borough of Merton.
• Successfully revised and implemented demand led shift patterns providing a more effective and improved policing response to the community of Sutton.

• Role to manage the operational delivery of key police services including 24/7 response policing, custody provision and command and control in the London Borough of Southwark.
• Change manager and pathfinder, leading the successful introduction of new technologies, operating processes and transfer of staff to support the centralisation of command, control and communication across London..
• Established multi-agency collaborative working arrangements between the other emergency services and the local authority following the introduction of the Civil Contingencies Act.
• Set up joint major incident training with the London Fire brigade at their London HQ. Later widened to include other responders.
