Within my 28 years of fixed operations experience; I wanted to learn each departments roles and held those positions for a minimum of 6 months, 17 years at management and above titles. From Technician (UTI Grad), to Advisor, Service Manager, Parts department back countermen, Parts Manager, Warranty Clerk, Fixed Operations Manager, VP of Operations. Then I decided to work for my friend Dave Waco from MOC Products, he founded a mobile write-up tool and company back in 2006. We were acquired by Affinitiv in 2017 but I continue to evolve within the company and expand my knowledge and skills as a vendor to hundreds of dealerships offering on going parts and service department training and consultative services. Internally at Affinitiv, among various roles, I serve as an SME, (subject matter expert) and have served in running several teams within Affinitiv including a directorship over our Western Region USA sales team. I love what I do, helping dealers achive their goals.
