Senior Agile Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (Rte)

Mark’s primary focus areas include Agile coaching across all products, release train engineer for XDR and endpoint security product teams, and product launch operations.* Establish standards and roll out quarterly program increment (PI) planning across all product portfolios, consisting of over 40 teams, using the Scaled Agile Framework. Create materials, provide training and ongoing Agile support. * Lead quarterly planning, bi-weekly demos, scrum of scrums, product releases and associated communication, internal program reviews and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Create framework and maintain SAFe program dependency board to coordinate cross-team dependencies in Miro. Guide teams to identify PI objectives and monitor progress toward achieving these objectives throughout the program increment using Jira Structure. Summarize status and schedule for executives and stakeholders.* Maintain positive team morale and business continuity as FireEye and McAfee Enterprise merged to become Trellix. Shift quickly between roles to ensure critical needs are met.* Document and standardize Jira configurations through the Jira governance board and advise teams on its use.* Define and operationalize a process to align cross-functional leaders on significant changes to product portfolios. * Lead Agile Center of Excellence. Coordinate recurring discussions on Agile practices among the company’s product owners, scrum masters and other interested stakeholders. Maintain collection of training and reference materials.
