Build client images (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10) using ImageX, MDT2010, MDT2012, SCCM 2007,SCCM 2012 up to and including SCCM 1910 as well preforming In-Place Upgrades, System Administrator duties

My day to day activities included supporting the Dell Servers (Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and Windows 2008 (Active Directory Domain) running Program Licensing, Sybase and Microsoft SQL, Exchange Server 2003 and 2007, and desktop & laptop PC's (Dell Latitude, Optiplex and Precision computers) running Windows XP, and Windows 7, Local Cisco Networks, Backup and Recovery systems, Data and Cisco Voice Communications, and all levels of help desk support for a wide range of programs with Microsoft Office being the most used. Other programs that I supported included a variety of Bridge Design & Maintenance programs, Survey programs, CAD programs and programs from MDOT and ODOT that relied on Citrix for connecting to their prospective networks. Part of my duties included utilizing SMS and then SCCM to create installation packages for the installation and upgrades to programs on the computers on our network. Testing of new programs as well as upgrades to programs to make sure they didn’t cause problems with our systems or network was another of my support duties. Myself and 2 other IT Team members worked together to streamline the maintenance and ensure the consistency of the computers that we supported. I covered 5 offices in Michigan with day to day support and I supported several data base programs in those 5 offices as well as 1 more office in Michigan, 1 office in Ohio and our office in Tampa Florida. I was responsible for the installation and upgrades for the Data Base Servers, installation and upgrades on the PC's and also provided training for the Users as needed.
