We also audit your processes post implementation to ensure that the implementation is sustained before venturing on to the next improvement in the road map.

Utilising lean manufacturing techniques, implement and maintain continuous improvement processes with Key Performance Indicators and measurements.Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to within the Production Area and that the area is kept safe and clean at all times.Plan and ensure sufficient personnel and resources to meet production schedule, identifying training needs to provide the necessary skill sets.Communicate monthly plans and company goals to Direct Reports in all areas (Production/Production Repairs/Customer Repairs and Small Components Production) across all 3 shifts.Scheduling regular maintenance of all key plant and machinery.Ensure the correct quality standards are maintained in-line with accreditations.
