I gained experience in coordinating the care of patients with spinal injuries. Key to the role was managing medical needs and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure structures were in place so that complex needs could be met on discharge

I worked as a Resident Medical Officer in Perioperative Care at Fremantle Hospital. While in this role I gained experience in the pre-operative assessment and the management of the anaesthetised patient in theatre. I was also tasked with overseeing care delivered in the Post Operative Care Unit. This was a higher acuity area where surgical and medical patients received non-invasive ventilation and vasopressor support.

I worked as a Resident Medical Officer in Fiona Stanley Hospital working in the emergency department and the Acute Medical Unit.

I completed my internship in University Hospital Limerick from 2019 to 2020. I completed rotations in Vascular surgery, Medicine for the elderly, Anaesthesiology and Intensive care medicine.
