Germany/Iraq

• Deployed to Iraq as the Security Operations NCO and S3 Sergeant Major while deployed to Talafar - Iraq.
• Directly responsible for 24-hour operation Tactical Operations Center in a Combat Zone that was the interface between the higher Head Quarters and subordinate units.
• Directly responsible for eight Intelligence personnel that conducted 24-hour IED analysis while performing quality assurance reviews simultaneously managing the overall IEDs in our area of operations.
• Managed and distributed request for support prior to execution of missions in combat
• Led combat missions in Iraq to gather information that assisted in decreasing IED threats.
• Managed security for 12 different operational locations within the task force area of operations. I managed 20 U.S. military personnel and 30 U.S. and local contracted translators in the combat zone.

Iraq

• Deployed to Iraq as the Brigades headquarters company senior enlisted advisor. As the brigade representative, conducted briefings to senior leaders and key leaders that gave area specific situational awareness.
• Managed the brigade operations of the forward operating base consisting of 80 Military personnel in an area of 30 square miles coordinating daily for the multiple tasks that supported the forward operating base.
• Coordinated the movement of more than 4500 personnel and approximately 500 diverse pieces of equipment into and out of country.
• Coordinated daily administrative, life, fuel and ammunition support for a daily average of 60 personnel that conducted operations within the brigade operations cell.
• Served as “Mayor” of the Forward operating Base, supervising the life support and living conditions of 700 US Service Members, Civilians, and contractors that were in transit to various areas in sector.
• Upon redeployment, returned the unit to 100% readiness in 60 days.

Ft Irwin, CA

• Responsible for managerial and executive guidance for training operations analysis, contracting Program Management elements, resource acquisition and program implementation for Joint Improvised Device Defeat.
• Deployed as a Soldier to Iraq and Afghanistan for various times frames overseeing Programs/Contracts while serving as a SME while in deliberations for C-IED contract awards in excess of 235 million dollars.
• Identified gaps in training and utilized a critical factors analysis planning as a Subject Matter Expert to integrate with all of the Services to resolve issues with IED training as they prepare to deploy to combat.
• Designed a multi-facetted C-IED lane that was adopted by the Army that serves as the training standard for the installations to prepare for deployment.
• As a senior advisor, directly involved in the operations and managerial aspect of five Centers of Excellence with 120 personnel assigned and 90 external contractors that support each Center of Excellence.
• Coordinates with FORSCOM, TRADOC and ASCC to integrate C-IED training for joint forces.
