I am responsible for developing and establishing a Global Planning Training Strategy to uplift and improve planning knowledge, planning capability and planning skills. I am responsible for connecting the strategy and approach to the enterprise digital strategy evolution to ensure the training delivery vehicles can provide digitally enabled access, professional content and engaging training experiences for the Planning Community of Practice. This will be a standardized, learner focused, digitally enabled and sustainable program to ensure the planners of the future are prepared for the planning challenges and opportunities they will face. I am working across our Global Supply Chain group, Supply Regions and key roles and functions across the Global Operations landscape to build and deploy a digital Supply Chain Academy and other tools to empower our Planning Community of Practice. This approach will deliver effective training and development opportunities and experiences for individuals, roles and teams. I manage key partnerships and collaborations with the Global Planning CoP, internal Learning & Development groups, IS/IT groups, External Academy bodies, and University partnerships to enhance delivery and execution of the strategy once developed and deployed. Responsible for leading our annual business review to deliver a validated production volume set for our tactical horizon (0-3 years) that feeds a the product costing process, logistics budgeting process, inventory plan process and strategic network long range planning process.
