Responsible For:-• Planning/Co-ordinating major Shutdown for all Bilfinger Disciplines.• Reviewing inspection reports and requests from offshore, assessing fabric maintenance damage and prioritising in accordance with the regional FM CDR procedure.• Developing and maintaining the fabric maintenance spreadsheet (Survey results and fabric maintenance rolling plan).• Tracking FM program delivery and developing the rolling implementation plan. • Planning of all fabric maintenance work orders.• Ensuring coating specifications are compliant with client engineering technical practices.• Liaising with the OCS and OIE to enable implementation of the fabric maintenance offshore.• Tracking FM CDRS and monthly reporting.• Controlling Scaffold Register/F91s• Demonstrate leadership and compliance with Client's HSSE expectations.• Distributing and gathering shared learning’s with other disciplines.• Proficient in use of SAP-Raising job cards/Time writing.• Coaching/Managing of all Bilfinger personnel who arrive on-board.• Monitoring and recording of all plant and equipment.• Liaising with Scaffold Design Engineer onshore for detail drawings of complex Scaffolds.• Safety/Scaffold inspections and Tagging.• Controlling Scaffold Register/F91s

Role/Responsibilities: •Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team.•Plan & implement the distribution of material and equipment to allow crew to perform the assigned activities. •Ensure total compliance with safety and quality procedures and standards. •Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure the requirements of the scaffold is met. •Conduct daily tool box talks•Ensure adherence to the planned time frame.•Conduct site audits•Forecasting of man hours •Maintaining weekly scaffold register/Tagging System •Safety equipment inspection.*please note this list is not exhaustive
