Providing consultancy to both Childrens and Adults directorates to help determine the readiness for their social care system upgrade from Frameworki to Mosaic. Producing architectural vision(s) models to enable strategic objectives (mobile working, self-service and data sharing) to better support residents.

Working within the Council’s improvement team, specifically working on the capturing of current business activities to assist the Adults and Communities Service towards their transition to becoming a Service Delivery Unit as central corporate core business services are outsourced to Capita.Responsible for the production of the following:(i) Capturing current end-to-end Customer Journey process mapping(ii) Developing new process maps detailing the Target Operating Model (TOR) for all end-to-end business operations from initial client contact through service delivery and onto the payment of care services. As a result of which will be an improved journey for both the customer and the practitioner. (iii) Re-modelling the current commissioning team, responsible for the shaping and commissioning of all services, into a joint health and social care team.(iv) Reviewing current Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Capita, renegotiating changes to service delivery concerning the Contact Centre and their responsibilities associated to Adult Social Care and the Registration and Nationality Services to ensure they are fit for purpose.Involved in the introduction of Locality Working within the borough and the embedding of Right to Control, Personalisation and Self Directed Support. Responsible for analysing the current IT system capabilities in readiness for the introduction its replacement.

Contracted to provide business analysis consultancy, business process re-engineering consultancy ensuring business processes align with the introduction of Northgate's Adult Integrated Solution (AIS).

Contracted to provide business analysis consultancy, business process re-engineering consultancy ensuring business processes align with IT systems, review and documentation of Adult and Community Services, providing consultancy for the implemention of the Northgate's Adult Integrated Solution (AIS), define project documentation, maximise business efficiencies and ensure that all business processes are fit for future.

Contracted to identify more efficient and cost effective business processes and advise on commercial issues in Germany and the UK.

Identified commercial savings through redefining current business processes and introducing commercial initiatives.Manage commercial procurement partnerCo-ordinated the completion of a company wide business analysis into current postal processes and spend.Introduced a Down Stream Access (DSA) provider to manage all postal activities for Liberata corporately, resulting in a £800k annual saving.Identified commercial savings throughout all divisions of Liberata.

2006 - 2007 Contracted to identify corporate wide commercial savings through redefining current business processes and introducing commercial initiatives.2003 - 2006 Established the central programme office within Redcar & Cleveland BC and coordinated the delivery of the BPO implementation programme associated to the £320m 10-year contract.2001 - 2003 - Establishing a programme office to ensure the delivery of contractual deliverables. Responsible for the coordination and reporting of a suite of BPO projects improving Public Sector deliverables within North Somerset DC.
