- Co-chaired bi-annual, national working group presenting sustainable housing and communities research in face-to-face session and live webcast.- Established agendas, secured speakers, facilitated half-day sessions, reported on working group outcomes, participated in NHRC management.

- CMHC lead for national regulatory reform program funded by CMHC and delivered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) in cooperation with the Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA) and the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association (CHRA).- Managed annual $300,000 to $350,000 budget for small grants to municipal / builder / housing provider.
