Production Manager for Inroads International with 20 years experience in animal feed manufacture. Over the past 20 years I have worked very hard to obtain my position of Production Manager and thoroughly enjoy every challenge that I am presented with in regard to all aspects of manufacture whether it be mechanical, data collation or staff training. I have helped the company in setting up and gaining UFAS certification and accreditation, a fully functioning HACCP system and also NOPS certification and accreditation. I give in house training to staff with regards to UFAS, NOPS, Mill maintenance and also introduced a positive release feed system. I cover all aspects of feed manufacture from record keeping, quality systems, design of plant, plant installation, troubleshooting and liaising with contractors. I consider myself a very motivated person who can work well in a team or as an individual. Machinery, automation and problem solving are where my passion lies and it is something that greatly interests me along with improving efficiency in a manufacturing environment. IOSH is a more recent qualification i have obtained along with a distinction in Excel 2013.
