This unit of Carrier builds commercial chillers for large buildings and skyscrapers domestically and internationaly. I am responsible for $70 Million+ in spend. The commodities I am responsible for are machined steel fabrications, machined castings, bearings, fabricated copper tubes, aluminum & copper tubes, compressors and fasteners.

E-One is an OEM firetruck builder. While employed at E-One, I was responsible for all purchases of steel fabrications, aluminum raw material, castings and machinings. This totaled $25 million/year. I was also responsible for all outsourcing.

American LaFrance is an OEM firetruck manufacturer. While at ALF, I was responsible for purchasing aluminum and steel fabrications ($8 million), all outsourcing and directing cost reduction teams.

Behr America produces engine cooling packages for the automotive and heavy duty truck industry. While employed with Behr I was responsible for sourcing all stampings, castings, injection molded parts and rubber components ($23 million/year). I was also responsible for sourcing, tracking and validating all stamping dies, casting molds and injections molds.

American Trim is a stamping company. I was responsible for sourcing and building stamping dies as well as working with the production floor on troubleshooting the dies.I also was responsible for determining what press and process the parts would flow. I also worked with quality to PPAP the part.
