Mark Hooks BSc (Hons), APTI, REPSMark has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years gaining experience within a wide spectrum. He currently provides personal training services and runs various classes including boxing fitness, running training, swim coaching and circuit classes to a client base of over 200 individuals. He specialises in triathlon training and has organised and managed many triathlon courses for total beginners through to the more competent athlete. He writes monthly health and fitness article for a local magazines in Dorset covering all aspects from nutrition through to advice on implementing new and interesting training regimes. As a trainer Mark creates fitness plans to empower the client with the tools to become their own personal trainer.Mark set up Reboot in 2009 to combine mind training, weight loss, nutritional advice and fitness into a week long retreat. The boot camp offers a holistic approach in providing clients with the knowledge and confidence enabling them to make long term life changes.Mark has designed a unique training plan to enable every client, whatever their ability, to improve health, fitness and performance with impressive, lasting results. He has also hand picked several other instructors that assist clients throughout the Reboot week, helping them to obtain their full potential.
