To be accountable for the planning, ordering and control of incoming materials (e.g. rawmaterials, packaging), in line with best practice material management and procurement principlesto ensure optimized service, order cost, material flows and inventories;• To drive inventory reduction / optimisation initiatives for all incoming materials in line withagreed targets for the site;• To be the first point of contact on the site for all incoming material and supplier related issues;• To ensure compliance in the operational ordering process vs local and global procedures andprocesses;• To feedback and collaborate with procurement personnel and suppliers to improve supplierrelationships and supplier performance;• To monitor and maintain accuracy of all supply critical data fields in ERP system.• To manage and control inventory policy / stock levels (e.g.: define safety stock, set inventorytargets and KPIs, manage adherence to inventory targets, report monthly on inventory levels);• To support the budgeting process of business partners;• Ongoing coordination with related functions such as quality, transportation and servicefunctions (e.g. artwork management, regulatory changes on packaging materials, QA/QC,inbound logistics, warehouse operations);• To coordinate time-lines and version use for raw/packaging materials to ensure regulatorycompliance;• To work with receiving personnel to coordinate in-bound material shipments and with QA/QCpersonnel to ensure timely release of materials to meet production schedules;• To prepare papers for goods returns as soon as agreed with the supplier;

• As the site’s sole purchaser, I’m responsible for all day to day purchasing activities for all goods & services.• Create change material masters, keep Vendor details up-date with the relevant process module• Creating new Vendors via MDG & Ariba, create & maintain purchasing documents within SAP• Maintain source lists and purchase info records• Create planned orders if applicable using the full process to requisition & generating purchase orders• Use SAP reporting transactions relating to our material replenishment program• Procure to Pay: Using SAP reporting function, resolve Vendor invoice disputes ensuring suppliers are paid on time• Communication to our European Accounts department to resolve any conflicts with vendors• Communicate to Vendors any invoice errors relating to goods receipt discrepancies• Expediting orders to Inventory & stock availability to ensure we have the correct stock in circulation, ensuring key matrix for supply planning are maintained• Reporting supplier constraints and recovery plans• Active involvement in SIOP phases reporting assumptions during the Supply Planning Phase• Download SAP material replenishment report daily & order to product schedule messages• Up-date shipping notification in SAP - supplier confirmed delivery dates within 24hrs of placing purchase orders• Actively pursue vendor lead-time reduction• Maintain & action price reporting, liaising with vendors & Pricing Manager any disputes• Communicating in a timely, polite & effective manner to Hub, network, vendors & ADI sales department• Identify areas within the Supply Planning department for improvement• Approving all International Invoices via M&A Invoice system.
