As a passionate and efficient leader, I am highly experienced in managing business operations across fast-paced, large corporate environments.With a Diploma of Business Management and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, I am an advocate of professional learning. After 23 years of being employed as a Manager within the Flight Centre Travel Group which included being inducted into the WA Flight Centre Hall of Fame I stepped out of my comfort zone into the mining industry.I have worked as a manager for Compass Group BHPPortfolio in village operations and now as a Village Supervisor with Fortescue Metals Group. I also have obtained WHS Statutory Schedule 26, Schedule 44 skill set for supervisors, Approved Manager and Food Safety for supervisors certifications.A commitment to process improvement and seek to source and lead new systems and solutions to enhance workplace efficiencies.
