I was once asked in an interview years ago.What is my biggest asset?"I'm a people person. I genuinely like people."What is my biggest flaw?With a grin I said:"I'm a people person. I genuinely like people."I am a talented, results oriented individual with extensive injection molding experience. Technical processing experience with almost 40 years in the injection molding industry. Still thinking outside the box to process around problems that arise while dealing with aluminum prototype tools. I have worked in every position from machine operator to managing a 3 shift molding facility. During this time I have been able to trouble shoot machine problems, pin point the issues and either repair the problem myself or line up the proper personnel to get the job done. I have processed everything from acrylic and polycarb automotive lenses, to glass filled nylon and polypro under the hood components, to interior and exterior TPO pillars, rockers and fascias.I continue to use this experience as a program manager and tooling engineer to better our prototype builds for a smoother molding process.I am well past my youth, thinking that I know all there's to know. I continue to learn from those around me. Customers, work colleagues, passing acquaintances, friends and family alike.
