Centrify is the leader in SOX compliance and security. I was with the company in start-up mode, as they grew from $3M to $50M in annual revenue, and 150 US / 750 overseas headcount. As with any early-stage startup I wore many hats, later I “fleshed out” positions by assessing tasks, sequences, communications, and best practices.# Program manager for email marketing and automation initiatives (Marketo & Salesforce), attended weekly planning meetings with engineering, sales, and marketing VP; developed a 3-month roll-out plan, identified funnel objectives, documented nurturing processes, and locked down lead scoring criteria.# Executed 35 field and corporate campaigns per quarter:- Sequenced tasks, dependencies, workflow, and tracking across 4 departments, managed all inbound and outbound marketing activities including coordinating show logistics.- Attended weekly strategy/budget meetings with the Marketing VP, directors, and key stakeholders as engineering release manager/PM to confirm deliverables, timetable, and resources.# Managed product release handoff:- Ensured all in-house and vendor project deliverables were mapped to engineering golden masters and timetables; ensured timely handoff of software golden masters. - Inspected facilities, contracts, and quotes, and managed third-party vendors’ production schedules, for all corporate print, mail, promotional products, large format, kitting, and distribution needs.- Approved beta customer one-offs; responsible for tracking project workflow and delivery dates.# Corporate identity gatekeeper & designer point of contact: - Attending weekly meetings with the lead designer about product vision, messaging, project schedule, collateral requirements, web redesigns, CD packaging, and trade show materials. - Approved wireframes, and presented packaging mock-ups to Directors and VP for final approval.- Merging the designer’s style on website, collateral, and emails with InDesign, Illustrator, & and Photoshop.
