I am an award-winning and innovative fundraiser, producer and management consultant with 30 years of experience in all aspects of management and strategic planning. I was the Executive Director of the Orlando Ballet and Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT); President and CEO of the State Theatre in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Chief Development Officer at the Whitney Museum of American Art; Director of Development at Manhattan Theatre Club; and the Director of Development Operations for American Ballet Theatre. I am currently the Managing Director at the Colorado Ballet and was, prior to that, Chief Advancement Officer at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.I was an assistant professor at Yale School of Drama and I have been an adjunct professor at New York University, Christopher Newport University and Seton Hall. I graduated from The Gunnery School in Washington, CT and I have a BFA in Theatre from the UNCSA and completed studies towards an MFA in Management from Brooklyn College.
