My goal is to leverage over two decades of IT experience to steer my company towards greater efficiency and productivity. Focus on technological advancements while working directly with senior leadership to foster a culture of collaboration and ROI-driven improvements. Act as a strategic partner to convey and implement technology visions that maximize business goals.And all of that sounds great on a resume and it’s all true. That doesn’t exactly tell you about what makes me me, though. I started playing with computers in the 90’s as I was lucky enough to have a Dad who sent me all his leftovers. All these years later I still love the work. I love working to solve a problem, or helping someone get their job done. I love helping my people solve problems, learn new things, get promotions and even leave me if need be to get what they want. I believe “super secret manager” books have value but only when you read the room. I believe all processes are open to improvement, even when I have to admit it was my own process. I want to come into work every day excited about what could be accomplished. And if nothing much is accomplished today, I want to try again tomorrow. I want myself, my department and my company to succeed in all things all the time.
