Regional Head, Multimedia and Event Production Services.As the regional head for the Multimedia Event Production Services department for Credit Suisse AG based in Zurich Switzerland, I supported directly all senior management including all ExB members and their direct reports. My achievements and responsibilities included, but were not limited to• Internal and External Communications of all Credit Suisse AG's Quarterly Reporting, AGM, Investor Announcements and Emergency/Critical Shareholder Updates• Lead technical support of all signature/keynote conferences including - o Credit Suisse Asian Investment Conference in Hong Kong. The largest Credit Suisse hosted investor conference globally.o Credit Suisse Salon. Ultra High Networth signature event showcasing, former government leaders, former prime ministers and presidents, senior business leaders and entrepreneurs.• Delivery of all internal ExB/CEO communications to employees.• Video content generation and creation in order to promote and educate both internal and external audiences.• Supporting the Branding and Marketing group in promoting and enhancing the global brand by giving showcasing thought-leaders and subject matter experts to our clients.• Team Management - o Cross border trainingo Maintaining a team with a balanced skill set, to ensure all client requirements are met.o Drive Efficiencyo Budget Control• As part of our continued drive to provide transparency to the business, I implemented a global recharge model that was adopted by not only our department but also others within Credit Suisse AG.

Regional Head, Multimedia and Event Production Services.In early 2008, I was approached by my line manager (whilst based in London) to relocate and start from scratch, a new team based in Zurich for Credit Suisse AG. Initial creation and set-up of this team included - • Implementation of an outsource provision using a third party vendor to cost effectively manage all client requirements.• Research and selection of right fit third party vendor.• Hiring of outsource resources.• Creation of office space/working environment to enhance the new teams output.With the new team in place our roles and responsibilities included - • Production management of all Quarterly Results Presentation’s, AGM, Investor Updates, including all senior management communications to, Media, Analysts and Investors.• Live broadcasting of all ExB and Senior Management communications to employees.• Technical production of all signature conferences in both Switzerland and abroad.
