• Video content generation and creation in order to promote and educate both internal and external audiences.

• Implementation of an outsource provision using a third party vendor to cost effectively manage all client requirements.
• Research and selection of right fit third party vendor.
• Hiring of outsource resources.
• Creation of office space/working environment to enhance the new teams output.With the new team in place our roles and responsibilities included -
• Production management of all Quarterly Results Presentation’s, AGM, Investor Updates, including all senior management communications to, Media, Analysts and Investors.
