Real life training based on real life experiences.Experience within the health & social care sector for 30 years.Also with a diagnosis of ASD and ADHD. Including Children's Services (fostering and residential, also parenting assessment),Adults (Epilepsy,Learning Disabilities,Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health, ASD, Teaching and assessing adults in Secure Services). This has led to Managing a team of Health & Social Care Trainers ( alongside delivering excellent training too). It is amazing to share practice of care with new and experienced carers.
