Coordinate the implementation of the Municipal Wastewater compliance and enforcement program. Evaluate facilities for compliance with state and federal rules and permit conditions, determine appropriate enforcement action, act as a case manager for complex enforcement cases, lead negotiations, assist in litigation activities, and assist in planning and directing case resolution utilizing the authority established under state statutes and rules.
