Throughout my tenure, I was an active board director of 3 regulated businesses and member of the LSEG Leadership Team (top 100 executives out of 25,000+ employees). My global board committee expertise over 10 years included a range of sub committees; commercial strategy, financial planning, M&A, risk, audit, regulatory governance, talent development, remuneration and business culture.After over a decade of leading the business through a major growth period and expansion into global markets, I was proud to leave the organisation in good hands and create the space for my excellent management team to expand their own responsibilities.
