I have worked in the aerospace industry for 30 years in a variety of positions. Some of the programs that I have been worked are Minuteman III ICBM's, Titan and Atlas space lift vehicles and payloads, and ground launch cruise missile. I’ve worked as a technician, crew chief, section manager, engineering technical support manager, and as contractor oversight in a quality control capacity. I have 8 years experience as a technician and 10 years experience as a manager with the Boeing Co. on the GMD Interceptor program at Vandenberg Air Force Base Ca. and as a senior NCO with the United States Air Force. In these positions I am and have been responsible for all activities and processing at the Missile Assembly Building and at the Launch Facilities.Other areas that I have extensive experience with are transporting, lifting, assembly, trouble shooting, and repairing aerospace vehicle components and ground support/test equipment. Coordinating and scheduling all range support with Vandenberg 30th Range Support Squadron and other support agencies. I have acted as test conductor, shop manager of 6 to 10 personnel, and coordinated with quality assurance, safety and engineers to run test procedures as well as procedure red line authority. Performed quality walk downs, procedure reviews, closures, procedure audits, and ready reviews.Duties include, schedule, delegate, manage and measure work to meet customer and company requirements. Develop resolutions to conflicts and issues as well as engineering problems and review status to meet program and customer, goals, objectives. . Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports. Coordinate with Program, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and other support disciplines to ensure production schedules are met. Obtain and report accurate material and/or hardware status to manufacturing and production control and/or program management.
