I am currently working as a strategic planning analyst for the National bank of Egypt. I specialize in Management by objectives and balanced scorecards, through which all business functions performance is measured and analyzed and any deviations from the pre assigned strategic objectives are marked out and corrected.Another part of my job is customer segmentation analysis, through which, customized offers and solutions are provided to each segment based on its needs and spending behavior.Right after graduation I worked as a Foreign relations specialist in a trading company which was not an entry level position and was successfully acquired due to my exceptional communication and language skills. During college I have worked for around 4 months for Expedia Canada. I also volunteered for 3 years along side my work as an Emergency response and disaster relief volunteer at the Egyptian red crescent as I have a very strong humanitarian drive.As for my Academic background, I am currently working on my MBA which will be double majored in Finance and global management. I also have 2 diplomas from Cambridge international college in International relations and global politics as well as Human Resources and personnel management. These diplomas were acquired after receiving my bachelor degree in Tour guidance.
