I am a highly experienced professional business manager and environmental scientist with a demonstrated history of leadership in the environmental services industry. My environmental services industry experience spans over 28 years with 18 years in private Industry and 10 years as part of the Department of Defence. The majority of my experience is from within Australia; however, I have international experience in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Bougainville and Algeria. My management experience includes working in senior corporate environmental management positions within resource company leadership teams and fulfilling senior leadership and consulting roles within a number of international environmental consulting companies. I have proven leadership, corporate strategy development and implementation, change management and operational management skills. I am an effective people manager and have demonstrable experience in growing and sustaining high performing teams. I am strongly committed to ownership of accountabilities and encourage collaborative and decisive decision making. My environmental science background includes extensive experience in leading projects and project teams across mining and energy, electricity transmission and distribution, water and gas pipelines, roads and rail, and commercial and public infrastructure projects. I am a competent relationship manager and project manager, able to transverse technical and non-technical roles from concept to delivery.
