He has over 16 years’ working experience across multiple industries and specialises in leading and managing more complex projects.Key skills include:i. In depth experience of finite element analysis, in both linear and non-linear analysis, and parametric design (particularly LUSAS, STAAD, SESAM, Midas, Sofistik, Rhino, Grasshopper). v. Experienced in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry from concept and feasibility to detailed design, using EC, AISC, API, BS, DMRB, SIA, DIN and AASHTO codes.vi. Computer programming to improve efficiency of tasks such as automating pre and post-processing of complex structural analysis and writing and developing in-house software. (VBA, LPI, Visual Studio)vii. Site experience in UK, Switzerland and Middle East including: site supervision; workshop and fabrication inspections; bridge launch supervision; health and safety auditing; principal inspections and quality management supervision.viii. Supervising civil engineer and delegated engineer for the Institute of Civil Engineers, since 2012.
