This means leading a team of approximately 270 employees in over 20 countries looking at delivering value solutions for customers and stakeholders.

HCA is a company owned by the Hewitt family, and an overseas pension fund. HCA's current cattle operations are in central and southern Queensland with over 50,000 cattle, and is looking at significant growth opportunities.

Achievements include:1. creation of original 5 year strategic plan2. negotiated new joint venture agreement with Chinese partner 3. negotiated new supply agreement into Indonesia - increased volumes and ensured safe cattle handling practices 4. created new markets in Australia 4. restructured Management team and head office

Member of the Steering Committee for the Strategic Review in 20113. Sponsored the Carbon Tax readiness review

Managing Director and CEO of ASX listed international agribusiness with over 3,000 employees in eight countries. Led GrainCorp through the critical years of the global financial crisis, transforming it from a heavily leveraged, domestic storage and handling business to an international agribusiness significantly increasing shareholder value in the process. Major achievements include:- Led GrainCorp from a loss making ASX 300 company, to a top 120 of ASX companies in 2009- Led and acquisition of United Malt Holdings for $700M in 2009- Led the deregulation process culminating in GNC's first export bulk wheat licence and first bulk wheat exports thereafter- Initiated a significant balance sheet restructuring in early and mid 2009 raising over $700M of new equity - Record financial results in 2009 and 2010 - Major organisational design and cultural overhaul

Highlights include:VP Phosphate - Delivered an EBITDA of $120M in 2006- Responsible for Phosphate Hill mining operations, with over 400 staff producing 950,000T phosphate per annum- Chairman of Hi-Fert (fertiliser distributors), with over 400 staff and $400M revenue - A lead member of the BHPBilliton integration team for WMC Resources- Lead member of acquisition team looking at industrial minerals operations in Eastern Europe in early 2005 - target employing over 13,000 employees
