Responsible for the Product Management of the entire ‘on balance sheet’ deposit product portfolio globally. This includes the Term, Savings and Notice product families. - Development and delivery of a deposit strategy to provide value to customers and bank through digitising of the customer experience whilst rising to the challenges of Basel III, global regulatory needs and the nuances of the many markets in which HSBC operates.- Creation of tactical and strategic approaches to improve time to market and meet short term goals whilst developing a series of functionally rich end state solutions.- Delivery of new products to pilot market in as little as 4 months with further 10 markets following in Europe, Asia and the Middle East over following year.- Strategic build involving development of core banking platform, online banking channels and operating model giving the customer a digital experience end to end.
