I moved to Jordan, Case & McGrath in 1981 as a Senior V.P. Associate Creative Director. Over the next 19 years, I became Executive Vice President, Creative Director and helped the agency to become one of the most significant independent Consumer Package Goods agencies in the country. We handled a large number of CPG accounts like P&G, Quaker Oats, Nestle Foods, Tonka, Hasbro, Milton Bradley, Parker Bros., Fayva Shoes, A.H. Robbins, Glaxo Smith Kline and Novartis. After an extraordinary number of name changes, Jordan, McGrath, Case & Partners was acquired by Euro RSCG in in 2000. At that point, I left for other opportunities.

I began at BBDO New York as a Junior copywriter in 1973 and began immediately working on Campbell's Red and White Soups, Campbell's Soup Toppers and Dodge Cars and Trucks. Over the next 8 years, I handled accounts ranging from Hunt Wesson, Sheraton Hotels, Mrs. Butterworth's, Viva Paper Towels and Lip Quencher to Quaker Corn Bran, Soft 'n Pretty Bathroom Tissue and Gillette Trac II Shave Cream. When I left to join Jordan, Case & McGrath in 1981, I had been promoted to Vice President, Creative Supervisor.
