 CFO at Get and TDC -- CFO entire period; acting CEO last half year. Under PE ownership by Goldman Sachs and Quadrangle Group until exit in 2014 to TDC Group for 14 BNOK; after TDC takeover by PE fund Macquarie, GetTDC sold in 2018 to Telia Company for 21 BNOK.  Leading role in both dual-track (Int’l style IPO and M&A) transaction and in subsequent operational merger of GET and TDC Norway in 2015. Leading role in M&A transaction and integration with Telia Company in 2018-2019. Responsible for ~50 employees in the combined staff functions in Norway: Accounting, Controlling & Reporting, Tax, Internal Control, Risk Management, Legal, Strategy, M&A, Treasury, HR, Procurement. Key areas: EBITDA doubled (10% CAGR) 2011-2018, M&A, IPO-readiness, refinancing of 5 BNOK, acquired S&P/Moody’s Rating, strategies for growth, resizing/cost efficiencies, digitalization/automation, business intelligence, and more.
