Serving as Subject Matter Expert at the United States Southern Command Headquarters for the J8 Division for the following systems, GFEBS (SAP), GCSS Army (SAP), GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance), Army Learning Management System, Share-point and DAI. Provides technical and functional resolutions to day to day procure-to-pay transactions involving government purchase cards, SPS PR's, Contracting System (PD2), interface with AXOL, WAWF and DFAS Pay file. I work with users to resolve IDOC errors from various external interface systems. Assist users with funds distribution, FMZ documents, creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) elements in Project System and work with foreign and government personnel who work directly with the US State Department. Assist users with running SAP ECC/BI reports for tracking and analyzing their Status of Funds, Open Commitments, Open Obligations, Unliquidated Obligations, Unmatched Transactions and many more customized reports. Empower uses to setup custom layouts, variants and filters to answer critical mission objectives. Track all issues, errors, risk and resolutions in the Remedy tracking system. Travel internationally to Central and South American countries to provide onsite training, support at the U.S. Embassy's. Ensure foreign local nationals have access to the various ERP systems, Share-Point and have job aides to carry out their day to day functions.

Delivered Oracle 11i training for a Large manufacturer of gutters, panels, siding and trim. Modules taught were Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Manufacturing, Bill of Materials and Order Management . Provided post Go-live support and consulting services.

Interfaced with internal clients in a matrix environment to scope, plan, develop, budget and project manage multi-complex successful projects that included instituting the first Shared Service environment that centralized Financial systems (Oracle) and Human Resource Service (Peoplesoft). Managed a 14 member Siebel Implementation Team that implemented a robust CRM platform for the National Sales and Marketing organizations. Implemented the companies intranet system and managed all upgrades to the companies Oracle database system.
