Identify and qualify strategic partners, create statements of work, and negotiate contracts.• Served as business analyst on the joint venture launch of a $10M digital coaching platform.• Designed the number one utilized health improvement program on the Coach by Cigna app launched on Samsung products and in the Google play store with over 500K downloads and 3K-4K users daily; project won Cigna Champion Quarterly Award.• Led pilot for national client to leverage video email. Increased engagement by 6% and saved over $1M in performance guarantees• Led the integration of consumer health improvement products in the Cigna/St. Joseph Hoag Health Delivery System joint venture in Orange County, CA.• Served as a liaison and subject matter expert on our consumer engagement product lines for Cigna’s ACO Embedded Care Coordinator (ECC) Advisory Board• Piloted and successfully implemented a new operational model to enhance Cigna’s ACO ECC’s access and experience. • Designed pilot with turnkey business case for an affordable, personalized, high quality enterprise health club network solution in response to customer value insights. Including membership, revenue and earnings opportunity.• Influenced innovations in a highly matrixed and cross functional team including enterprise wide adoption of the 1st crowd sourcing platform innovation tool as the Co-Lead of a Virtual colleague resource group (CRG).• Identified, sourced, and negotiated statements of work and contracts with strategic partners for the roll out of a national diabetes prevention program.
