• Commander of 120-soldier Forward Support Company. Responsible for training, directing and overseeing the soldiers and providing for their medical, administrative and legal needs. Accountable for $45 million dollars of equipment.• In 6 months brought the maintenance program into compliance with Army standards and recovered from a 4 month backlog. Streamlined processes for receipting vehicle faults and generating mechanic assignments.• Responsible for equipment maintenance on 250 vehicle fleet, feeding, vehicle recovery/towing and material distribution to the 500 soldiers of the 23rd Brigade Engineer Battalion.• Improved the battalion’s supply chain and completed more than 160 convoys with a 100% success rate. Reorganized the food service program under the transportation platoon, resulting in improved delivery of hot food and 100% delivery in tactical environments.• Ranked 1 out of 37 companies for personnel retention with 25 re-enlistments.

Responsible for resourcing and synchronizing lines of effort for the battalion's 5 subordinate companies, liaising with sister units and agencies as well as the higher brigade headquarters when conducting larger operations.• Oversaw railyard unloading operations for receiving a brigade’s 450+ vehicles and 150+ containers.• Mentored and supervised 2 lieutenants.

• Responsible for planning operations for brigade of 4,500 soldiers. Coordinated resources for sister units/agencies and liaised with higher-level headquarters to ensure fulfillment of the Commanding General’s intent. Directed and supervised the publication of orders of a 5-officer planning team. • Wrote the order for a 4,500 soldier brigade to secure more than 1000 miles of the border with Mexico.• Represented a brigade as the sole representative during a planning conference for $10 million exercise.• Planned 2 brigade deployments to training exercises.

• Chief of Operations and Maintenance for the company. Oversaw fleet of 40 vehicles and trailers, as well as generators, radios, and weapons. Managed inventory of $14 million for the Company Commander. Produced all Company plans and resourced all Company movements.

• Assistant to the Acting Senior Commander at Fort Drum. Responsible for the General's logistics and operations needs. Coordinated his meetings and events with various federal (DoD and Civilian), State, Local and private organizations.

• Rebuilt operational processes in orders approval to reduce the delay between planning and execution for foot patrols, and helicopter missions in the vicinity of Kandahar Airfield from 2 days to 4 hours.• Maintained brigade level SharePoint (1,000+ users) and liaised with battalion level communications, operations and knowledge management personnel. Troubleshot headquarters tactical IT systems. Oversaw knowledge management working groups and performed knowledge audits to resolve procedural inefficiencies. Provided the Brigade Commander with portal usage analysis based on user interaction.• Rebuilt and improved the SharePoint portal serving 25% of Army units in Afghanistan in 2015. Improved intranet efficiency by increasing user affinity for the portal as opposed to email, which established reliable version control and higher download speeds.
