We were established in 1999 in order to bid for the contract to provide outsourced management to the HM Revenue & Customs estate. We won the bid in 2001 and went on to win other large outsourcing contracts for Abbey, now part of Santander, and for HM Passport Office.Our Executive team sources and leads major new acquisitions, including outsourcing, property partnerships, facilities management and structured sale and leasebacks. We accept real estate risk on behalf of our clients. We offer flexibility over and above traditional lease terms, assuming lease liabilities and providing price certainty on a long term basis. We accept the risk of rent reviews, lease renewals, vacant space and dilapidations, protecting clients from sudden and unexpected property expenses or liabilities.
